Warranty

Every Maceo piece comes with a 30-day warranty.

If your order arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect, such as a loose prong, a lost stone or a broken post, within 30 days of delivery, we'll repair or replace it at no cost.

The warranty doesn't cover loss, accidental damage or normal wear.

To make a claim, email maceostore@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
